One of our most sought-after requests from music managers and programmers is now available in the Song Voting app in Aiir: you can export and analyse listener feedback in greater detail.
Song Voting has been a key part of several Aiir products for many years - listeners can vote up or down on the web player or the mobile apps - so we're delighted to make direct listener feedback more useful than ever.
As before, you can select your station and a date range to view, but as well as the summary shown in your browser, you can now export that data as a CSV report to be analysed in your preferred tool of choice.
You can either export an aggregated summary of votes cast on each track your station has played, or dial into individual votes and analyse trends on when they were cast.
