PlayoutONE 5.4 is the final version of PlayoutONE Standard. Licensing has been disabled so PlayoutONE Standard, Auto Importer, FileCopy and LiveStream can be used for free.
PlayoutONE Standard
- PlayoutONE Standard, Auto Importer, FileCopy and LiveStream are free for everyone to use without requiring a licence.
- The Standard edition of PlayoutONE is designed for individual and hobby use. It is made available as-is, without ongoing updates or support.
- Version 5.4 disables licence checks within PlayoutONE Standard and LiveStream. Auto Importer and FileCopy retain a licence screen that allows users who previously purchased a licence to unlock additional jobs, but each allows one job to be created without a licence.
- Password protection on PlayoutONE's Settings app has also been disabled to prevent unintentional lockouts.
Audio Engine
- Improvements passing Dynamic Meta updates to Monitor when nothing is playing.
Monitor
- Fixed issue where the now-playing item may not be presented to outputs.
Miscellaneous
- Start and End Dates can now sync with Aiir Scheduler.
