We're a not-for-profit organisation, are there any concessions available?

Our Starter package has been designed with this in mind, and is the lowest price option we have available.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. Our Pro package can be paid by bank transfer.

Can I pay upfront?

Yes - our yearly plan gives you a great discount compared to paying monthly. Choose this option when you subscribe.

Is hosting included?

Yes, hosting is part of our service, at no extra cost.

Can I host the website myself?

No, hosting is part of our service and Aiir's CMS can't be used elsewhere.

Is a domain name included? (e.g. stationfm.com)

No, you will need to register one with a domain name provider, if you haven't already. When you're ready to put your website live, we'll provide you with the details you need to enter in your domain provider's control panel.

Can I import my own website design?

We've got some great themes for you to choose from, but unfortunately you cannot bring your own templates.

Once I've selected a template, can I change it?

Yes - you can change your chosen template at any time! There's no charge for this.

How many user accounts can I have?

There's no limit to the number of people in your team who can use Aiir.

Do you provide streaming?

It's not included with our Website CMS package, but get in touch and we can discuss your needs.
